I think I know that tree. It’s in North Vancouver, no? In some park? I visited it only once about eight years ago, but I remember that trunk and that slope!
I think I even hugged it, too.
Actually, that tree is in Gibsons. My friend and I had a bitch of a time trying to find the tree, though. We couldn't figure out which trail lead to the tree, and we'd ended up going in circles for about an hour before we finally found it.
