Location, Location

My cousin Jimmy was telling me about his friend's family member that had cancer. He told me about what he went through and some of the effects of the cancer. So, I decide to ask Jimmy a question and in true Jimmy fashion, he answered...

"Where was his cancer?"

"It was in Canada."

"No, Jimmy. Where was his cancer?" (I asked s-l-o-w-l-y)

"Uhhh. It was in C-A-N-A-D-A." (He answered as if I was having issues understanding him)

"Jimmy. Where on his BODY was his cancer?"

"Ohhhhh."

I couldn't stop laughing.
